Our neuromodulation patients use a proprietary Apple^ǂ iOS^ǂ mobile software application known as the Patient Controller app used on Apple^ǂ iPhones^ǂ and Apple^ǂ iPods^ǂ to control prescribed programs on their implanted neurostimulation device. Abbott has tested mobile devices and operating systems for compatibility with the Patient Controller app. Supported devices by application and recommended iOS^ǂ version are listed in the table below.

All Abbott neuromodulation patients should review this compatibility guide prior to installing the patient controller app on a new supported device or prior to installing a new iOS^ǂ version on a supported device.

This table has been updated as of November 2024 and will be updated as other devices and operating systems are evaluated.
