Our neurostimulation patients use proprietary mobile device software through our patient controller applications to control prescribed programs on their implanted neurostimulation device. Commonly used mobile devices and operating systems are regularly tested and confirmed by Abbott to evaluate compatibility with our patient controller applications. All neurostimulation patients should review this guide prior to installing any of our patient controller applications, and prior to installing a new operating system version onto their mobile device. ​

Note: Certain mobile devices in this guide have not been tested and confirmed by Abbott. Use of a mobile device or operating system version that has not been confirmed may impact app functionality. If your mobile device or operating system has not been confirmed, you will receive an in-app pop-up message indicating that some app functionality may not be compatible with your mobile device. ​

This guide has been updated as of February 2025 and will be updated as other devices and operating systems become available.
